Wednesday Mornings 8.15 to 9.15

This is a one hour mixed ability Akhanda Flow Yoga class to get your body and mind moving in the morning, setting you up for a more productive day.  The classes are taught in a non competitive environment.  Each week will offer a different theme and no two classes are the same.  We always finish with savasana/deep relaxation.
