I am excited to announce that I will start running yoga workshops in 2019. Workshops are a great opportunity for beginners and more experienced students alike to deepen their yoga practice. Each workshop will have a different theme. These workshops will give you a chance to hit the pause button on your daily responsibilities, and disconnect from technology for a few hours, to help you truly take time for just you. You are worth it!
