This workshop is your opportunity to enjoy an extended Flow session where you get to go deeper through exploration, experimentation, and curiosity . You are invited to join with an open mind. Maybe we’ll do cartwheels, maybe we won’t. Either way, the main idea is to channel your inner child. Have fun, laugh, and learn in a non competitive setting. As always we will finish with a long relaxation.
